1. General Provisions
- Nolimit Shop is a digital goods marketplace connecting sellers and buyers.
- By registering an account, you agree to all rules listed on this page.
- The administration reserves the right to modify these rules at any time.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
2. Purchasing Rules
- All sales are conducted through the internal balance system (USDT TRC-20).
- Before purchasing, carefully read the product description and attributes.
- After purchase, the product is delivered instantly to your account.
- You must verify the product quality within the warranty period.
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars ($).
3. Warranty & Replacement
- Each product has a warranty period specified by the seller (typically 24–48 hours).
- Replacement is provided only if the product does not match its description.
- Requests must be submitted within the warranty period with evidence (screenshots).
- No replacement is provided for accounts banned due to buyer actions.

4. Account Rules
- Each user may have only one account. Multi-accounts are prohibited.
- Sharing account access with third parties is not allowed.
- The administration may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
- Inactive accounts (no login for 12+ months) may be deactivated.
5. Prohibited Actions
- Using the platform for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Harassing other users, sellers, or support staff.
- Creating fake reviews or manipulating the rating system.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving valid products.
6. Financial Rules
- Deposits are accepted only via USDT (TRC-20) cryptocurrency.
- Minimum deposit amount: $5.00 USDT.
- Balance funds are non-refundable once deposited.
- All transactions are recorded and available in Operation History.
- The platform does not store or have access to your cryptocurrency wallet.
7. Support & Disputes
- Customer support is available via Telegram bot 24/7.
- Dispute resolution typically takes 1–24 hours.
- The administration's decision on disputes is final.
- Provide complete evidence when opening a support ticket.
